Our colleague Marianne Eek presented LiTE Academy at a research seminar at the University of Inland Norway (INN). The seminar brought together two INN research groups, Language Teaching and Learning in Multilingual Contexts and DiVE – Diversity in Education, as well as members of MultiTrans, a research project at UiT The Arctic University of Norway.

Each group brings a perspective closely connected to our work:
Language Teaching and Learning in Multilingual Contexts studies how children and adults who grow up in or move to Norway learn and use Norwegian as part of their multilingual lives, in kindergartens, schools, and adult education.
DiVE examines cultural, linguistic, and religious diversity in today's societies and what it means for education.
MultiTrans is an interdisciplinary project on multilingualism and language choices in educational transitions, funded by the Research Council of Norway (2021–2026).
During the seminar, participants shared articles in progress and exchanged feedback. Many of the researchers also teach student teachers about inclusion, multilingualism, and second language learning, so LiTE Academy's focus on digital, inclusive, and multilingual pedagogies resonated strongly with the group.

We are grateful to Marianne and our INN colleagues for introducing LiTE Academy to this community, and we look forward to building further connections with researchers in Norway.
