What is LiTE Academy?
LiTE Academy is a European initiative focused on improving language education through inclusive, digital and multilingual teaching strategies.
Who is the platform for?
Primarily for language teachers in training or currently working, but also useful for researchers, trainers and education professionals.
When will the LiTE Academy platform be available?
The platform is currently under development. You can join our newsletter to be notified when it launches.
Is LiTE Academy free to use?
Yes, access to the core resources and training modules will be free for educators across Europe.
Which institutions are involved in the project?
Seven leading European universities are part of the consortium. You can view them on our partners page.
Can I contribute as a teacher or researcher?
Yes, we’re building a collaborative space. If you're interested in contributing or testing resources, reach out through our contact page.
What kind of training will be offered?
Modular training focused on multilingual teaching, digital integration and inclusive classroom practices with badges awarded for competencies.
Will the platform include downloadable teaching materials?
Yes. Teachers will have access to ready-to-use classroom resources aligned with our training modules.
Is the platform available in multiple languages?
The primary language is English, but we aim to support multilingual access in future iterations.
