From 23 to 25 September 2026, LiTE Academy partners gathered in Hamar, Norway, for our second Progress Review and Planning Meeting. Hosted by Inland Norway University of Applied Sciences (INN), the meeting brought our partnership together at an important point in the project: the move from developing training modules towards putting them into practice in schools.

Preparing for school-based implementation

Our discussions began with a review of earlier project activities and the outcomes of Work Package 3. Partners then turned to Work Package 4, which focuses on implementing and evaluating the LiTE Academy modules on digital, inclusive, and multilingual (DIMs) pedagogies.

A central question guided the meeting: what do teachers, schools, and project partners need for the classroom pilots to work well? We discussed implementation timelines, partner roles, and the support structures needed as the modules move into school settings. Updates from across the partnership helped us consider how to respond to different local contexts while working towards shared project goals.

Learning from teachers and students

We also spent time on how to gather useful feedback during the pilots. Sessions explored data collection tools for teachers and students, ways to document progress, and how partners will check in and address challenges during implementation.

In smaller group discussions, we worked through feedback instruments, consent and ethics considerations, and reporting templates. These details matter: they will help us listen carefully to participants’ experiences and use what we learn to improve the modules.

Connecting the next steps

On the final day, we looked beyond the pilots to consider how their findings can inform revisions to the DIMs modules, future forums, the sharing of good practices, and policy recommendations. The meeting closed with a review of action points and upcoming deadlines.

Thank you to our colleagues at INN for hosting us in Hamar and to every partner for contributing to three days of thoughtful discussion. We look forward to seeing how the plans developed together take shape in classrooms across the partnership.
