Partners of the LiTE Academy project gathered in Istanbul, Türkiye, for the second transnational project meeting. The three-day meeting was hosted by Istanbul University-Cerrahpaşa and Boğaziçi University, bringing together representatives from partner institutions across Europe to review progress and plan the next phase of the project.

The meeting provided an important opportunity for the consortium to work closely on the development of the DIMs Modules, which form the pedagogical core of the LiTE Academy initiative. These modules focus on supporting teachers in integrating digital, inclusive, and multilingual approaches into language teaching.
Throughout the meeting, partners participated in collaborative working sessions dedicated to refining the module development framework and discussing practical strategies for implementation. Sub-group discussions allowed teams to focus on the three key dimensions of the project—digital pedagogies, inclusive teaching practices, and multilingual approaches—before sharing insights with the wider consortium.
In addition to advancing the DIMs Modules, the meeting also included discussions on upcoming project activities, financial planning, and preparations for future work packages and events. These conversations helped ensure that all partners remain aligned as the project moves into its next stage.

Beyond the formal sessions, the meeting also provided valuable time for networking and collaboration among partners. The consortium had the opportunity to continue discussions in informal settings and to explore Istanbul together, strengthening both professional and personal connections within the project.
Meetings like this are essential for building the strong collaborative foundation that our LiTE Academy depends on. By bringing together diverse perspectives and expertise, we continue to move forward in developing innovative training resources that support language teachers across Europe.
We look forward to sharing further updates as the LiTE Academy project continues to grow.
